HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?


Placing an order is easy. Wherever you see a product, you can buy it: simply select your size and click 'Add to cart'. The item you selected will appear at the top right of your shopping cart. As you continue shopping or browsing the site, you can click on the shopping cart at any time to view its contents.

When you are ready to place your order, select 'Proceed to Checkout' in the shopping cart and follow the simple directions to complete our one-step checkout process.

DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?


You can shop Mode-Magneet without creating an account. However, register with us and you will enjoy the following benefits:


• Track your orders and view past purchases
• Request a return or exchange directly from your account
• Add sold out items and products you like to your wishlist
• Save your address and card details so you can shop even faster next time

HOW DO I FIND A SPECIFIC ITEM?


If you know exactly what you're looking for, you can search our online store by product category under the Shop menu, by designer under the Designers menu. Once you've selected the category or designer you want, you can further filter the listings using the options on the left side of the page. Throughout the site there is also a search function in the top right corner, which allows you to search for products using keywords or the product code, if you know it.


HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?


Most items shown are in stock. When you click on a product, you will immediately see its availability. Only the available size is shown. Please note that even if a product is in your shopping cart, it is not reserved and will be available to other customers while you are browsing.


WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DOES MODE MAGEET ACCEPT?


We accept IDEAL, KLARNA, IN3, AfterPay, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay and G Pay. If you pay via PayPal, you can pay with a variety of other cards including Discover, JCB, Diner's Club and EnRout.

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE AT FASHION MAGNET?


Yes, Fashion Magnet is 100% safe. For your security, all orders undergo a strict fraud checking process.


HOW DO I KNOW IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?


After you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. This does not mean that we have confirmed your order. Only after your credit card information has been approved, the delivery address has been verified and the items have been found, will your order be accepted and the items shipped.

At this point you will receive a second email from us confirming your order. If any of the items you ordered are not available in our warehouse, you will be quickly notified of the items that are out of stock and your payment for these items will be refunded via the payment method you used.


WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY ORDER?


Most orders are delivered via major global shipping partners including DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS and PostNlL. The specific courier company used may vary depending on your location. Actual delivery time depends on the third party suppliers and their courier accounts. However, in most cases you will receive our item within 3 working days.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?


Yes. When we ship your order for delivery, you will receive a unique tracking number by email. Once you receive this tracking number, you can check the current status of your shipment.

Alternatively, you can email us at Info@mode-magneet.nl and we will track the order on your behalf.


CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?


If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy. You can also choose to receive your refund as a credit so you can quickly and seamlessly purchase a replacement item.


HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?


You have up to 30 days to return an item, but you must request your returns number within 14 days. For full details of the returns process, please see our Returns page.


DO I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT DUTIES AND COSTS?


All international packages may be subject to import duties and taxes and are the responsibility of the customer. The limits for duty-free packages are determined by your local customs authorities. Check your local customs website for more information.


I FORGOT MY PASSWORD - WHAT SHOULD I DO?


To reset your password, follow the 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD' instructions on the LOGIN page. Please note: for security reasons we cannot send your old password by email.
